Winning Principles For Responsibility Based Leadership

Leadership is a responsibility based on basic winning principles. Join me in considering the following principles that are outlined.
Intention
One responsibility of being a leader is believing what people are telling you they want to do. As a good leader you must have the ability to lead the individual or your team around the deep black hole intentions can fall into.
At the end of the day the only thing that counts is the results, not the intention. You have failed as a leader if you have allowed others to state their intentions and not follow through with action.
Even more important is that you as a leader back your own intentions with action that produces measurable outcomes.
Resting and bragging about your intention without measurable results could lead your team to inactivity and delusional pretending.
To Empower Success, Constantly Watch For And Remove Obstacles.
Perceived obstacles in your networking business can cause frustration to the point of in action. The # one job is to be aware and constantly ask questions so you can penetrate to the source of anxiety and paralysis. Them be able to remove the obstacles
Lead By Example Is “The Truth”
Success can bring about the stage of testimonies where we get to ” tell our story”. One must remember that as a servant leader you need to demonstrate that your accomplishments of the past must continue to work in the present for those you are teaching.
Lead By Influence Not By “Position”
Once again the great Leadership guru John Maxwell comes to mind, ” Leadership is Influence nothing more and nothing less. ”Pins” and “Levels”represent your own accomplishments. Being a good example alone won’t influence like- behaviour from those you lead.
A true leader must learn everyones unique “movitation plugin”. A leader finds activities like, encourage, promote, celebrate, and creating incentives as ways of influencing people, rather than asserting your position and expecting those who follow you to achieve the same level as you simply because of a pin or certain level you hold.
Trust Yields Faith: Faith Yields Action
One must be careful that the lofty victory of success does not have you believing that others that you lead are not yet capable or “Still need more personal growth”, to reach an equal level.
Check it out. Most of the people you are leading are just as capable if not more so as yourself to achieve what you have attained. The missing link is someone believing and trusting that they can.
As a leader trust the capibilities of everyone you lead. Serve them with belief, faith and trust. Action and Achievment will follow.
