Knowing how to keep a healthy body can beat the challenges given to you in these tougher economic times.
Not being immune to serious cutbacks within my own work environment, I have put to the test a few tried methods on how to keep our body healthy regardless of less income per month.
Stress has a relentless influence on our health and how to keep a healthy mind. The impact of stress can be huge ; causing a sense of everything from being overwhelmed, to different levels of severe headaches , to nausea and body aches and pains. Knowing how to keep a body healthy in times of stress in necessary to maintain your physical as well as your emotional health.
How To Manage Stress
Partake in at least one daily relaxation. Taking some time for yourself is crucial to help manage stress and keep things in perspective.
Here are a few in- expensive ideas that can make the most of quiet time. Here is a chance to meditate, listen to music, journal write, and with a little planning in your busy schedule sneaking away for a candle light soak in a bath of rich calming scents of therapeutic bath salts will cleanse and relax your body to new heights of health.
Regular Exercise
Physical exercise burns the stress chemicals cortical and norepinephrine in our bodies. As our bodies warm to the exercise there is a release of morphine like endorphins that cause a meditative, elated effect during a good cardiovascular work out.
Having a pair of gym shoes at work along with a set of workout clothes can turn your lunch hour into a uplifting energizing half hour.
The moving rhythm of fast paced walk or running on an open trail or tread mill relaxes and helps with the clarity of the mind.
As you can see coping with stress and its side effects is not that complicated or costly. Putting exercise into action also causes the release of certain chemicals in the brain. Dopamine and serotonin stimulate feeling of security and well being. This helps to eliminate pessimistic, negative self talk and uncertainty. Tai Chi, yoga , Pilates, swimming is just a few stress relieving alternatives that are conducive to a tight budget.

As more and more networkers take the sensible approach and change to an online operation where they are in-charge of their own website business… NWM companies will, by necessity… evolve a more flexible system!
That new system will need to incorporate a built-in tolerance for members multi-income sources. The NWM system that has evolved… has been great for companies and manufacturers, but an absolute failure for the majority of networkers. An industry failure rate of 95%… is appalling!
Now the internet has shown network marketers… a better way! The marketing methods that internet marketers have evolved since the early 1990′s… are available for network marketing online! A combination of content and interactive marketing is the most effective system.

Here are five killer network marketing prospecting mistakes online that you need to avoid.
(1) Mistake number one is simply thinking that everyone is a prospect. This is a classic marketing blunder that networkers just might be the biggest offenders of online.
When you believe everyone is a prospect for you MLM opportunity, then you end up chasing after and pestering bunches of people who never asked to hear about your opportunity. You waste a tremendous amount of effort chasing people who will never be good prospects to join your team.
You see this when someone is blasting out emails to all their friends and family inviting them to come take a look at their opportunity. And, with the growth of social networks online, you are likely to have been blasted with facebook and twitter updates with the same silly invitations.

They do not provide a good way for you to create a connection with your prospects, begin building a relationship of trust, and establish yourself as a leader in the industry that is worth following.
You want to have a presence online, but if a company replicated web site is your primary presence then prepare to struggle.
(5) Mistake number five is having either a poorly thought out or no follow-up plan. It is unlikely that your prospects will rush to join your business after your first online contact with them.
Marketing wisdom shows that a large percentage of decisions are made after six to seven successful positive contacts. Too many networkers simply become pest if they actually do any follow up. Just calling, emailing or facebooking someone to see if they have gone and checked out your opportunity site is a poor follow up plan.
These might not be the only network marketing prospecting mistakes you make, but these five killer mistakes are some of the most common. If you are guilty of committing any of these mistakes online, don\’t be too hard on yourself. Most other network marketers online are committing these mistake also.

A third way that I use offline attraction marketing techniques is by offering an informative newsletter to people who visit me at the events, new customers and their referrals, and to my current team.
That newsletter is full of great tips and advice, branding me as a knowledgeable person in my field and it also offers my services and products. People have told me how great my newsletter is and I always ask them to pass it on to others. This took a while to work for me, but after the word got out there in my local area that I was the person that could help them, my MLM business took off!
By using these offline attraction marketing techniques you will build good reputation for solid customer service. You will become the “go to” person to help others reach the same level you have in your own business.

Networking marketing success has alluded so many that have tried to succeed at it. The saying is the failure rate is at least 95%. However, this failure rate can often be contributed to the system and plan for success relative to the network marketing company.
Many companies actually have compensation structures that by their design impeded network marketing success for the masses. By this I mean that what it takes to first break even and then grow and build your business requires the recruiting of too many people. Or the process for growth is not conducive to the masses, where if you individually are able to introduce many people, your team struggles.
This is why often many network marketing/mlm companies lean heavily on the product. If they can get you to love the product then you will forget about the need to make money with the company and just steadily go about being a busy bee buying the product or service monthly plu occasionally selling the product to someone else. Then maybe you’ll make some money, somehow, someway, someday.
Success in network marketing means you are involved with a company and steadily growing and building a profitable business that is generating you a MONTHLY residual income. The sooner you can do it the better.
After having been involved in so many business opportunities seeking success in network marketing I realized that if I was going to have success there were a few things that were essential when looking at business opportunity:
- How fast does the compensation plan allow me to break even on a monthly basis
- How will my prospects or referrals perceive their opportunity to succeed with the program
- What is the marketing plan or strategy for building the business and succeeding
I’ve attended many business opportunity calls and heard many folks talked about how much they earned and how fast. Most never tell you that they came in with a group of people so that the dollars flowed in instantly and quickly.
Thus I’ve learned to throw those ‘exciting’ comments out the window and focus on item number one above. Two referrals at the most, would ideally be what you want in the compensation plan to allow yourself to break even fast and have success in network marketing with that company.
Accordingly, if you prospect/referrals sees the compensation plan and understand that it doesn’t take a lot for them to break even and succeed as well they are more likely to take an interest and join you in achieving success in network marketing with that company.
Additionally, there must be training and support on marketing strategies that work universally for all that get involved, so that they can have success in network marketing independent of the ‘big recruiting gurus.’ The training and support ideally should be company based, so that one is not left dependent solely on their sponsor to succeed with the company.
The internet has opened the doors for more people to find success in network marketing unlike any other time. One need only seize the opportunity to have success in network marketing by connecting with a company that can provide the items mentioned above.
Lastly, don’t come in looking for instant riches, look for a game plan for success, and commit to working it so that success in network marketing can be yours without a great challenge. If others have done it you can too. Believe and you will achieve a monthly residual income in network marketing.
